Listing Secondary Contact Folders in the Outlook Address Book

  Print
In Office 2013/2016 all contact folders are not shown in the address book when pressing To/CC/BCC. Instead the option must be turned on.

Here is an example of a contact folder Test not being listed in the address book after pressing To when addressing a message to send. We would like to list Test as an option as well.

Remember contacts will not show up in the list if they do not have an email address associated with the contact.
